Who we are
Knoxville Well Pump is a small website, not a well company. We write plain explanations of well pump, pressure tank and water problems for homes around Knoxville and in Blount, Anderson, Sevier, Union and Grainger counties, and we hand calls and requests to independent pump installers who work in those areas.
What happens when you reach out
You call or fill in the form with your town and what the well is doing. That goes to an independent contractor who holds a Tennessee pump installer license. From there, you and the contractor deal with each other directly: they look at the well, tell you the price, do the work and stand behind it.
What we don't do
- We don't drill wells, set pumps, wire controls or install tanks, and we don't send anyone of our own to your property.
- We don't set or collect prices, and we don't guarantee any contractor's work.
- We don't hold a TDEC license, because we don't do the work. The contractor should, and you're entitled to see it.
Checking a contractor
TDEC keeps the public list of licensed drillers and pump installers on its well water page. Ask for the license card, insurance and a written price before work starts. Phone calls to this site may be recorded so requests reach the right contractor.
