Your privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you share with knoxvillewellpump.com.

What we collect

If you send the request form, we receive the name, phone number, town and description you type in. If you call, the phone system logs your number and the call may be recorded.

Who sees it

Your request is shared with the independent licensed contractor who serves your area, so they can reach you about the well. It is not sold, traded or added to a mailing list. The website runs on Netlify, which handles form delivery and keeps ordinary server logs. We don't run ad-tracking cookies.

Removing your details

Send the form again with the same phone number and write "remove my information" in the description box, and we'll delete what we hold.
